Understanding Your Chakra Scan
A gentle guide to understanding what your energy is showing you
Your chakra scan is a snapshot. It shows where your energy is right now, not who you are. Energy moves. It shifts with your day, your week, and your life season. What you see today can look very different next month.
There is no "good" or "bad" scan. Every pattern is your system showing you something kind, like a friend who knows you well. Some chakras may lean a little. Some may feel quiet. Some may feel wide open. All of it is information, not judgment.
Read slowly. Take what fits. Leave what does not.

What is a chakra?
Chakra is an old Sanskrit word that means wheel. There are seven main chakras along your spine, from the base to the top of your head. Each one is an energy center. Each one is tied to a part of your body, a feeling, and a part of your life story.
Each chakra spins and draws in energy. When the energy is steady and balanced, you feel steady and balanced too. When a chakra leans or shifts size, your system is asking for a little care.
HOW TO READ YOUR SCAN
FOUR THINGS TO LOOK AT ON YOUR PRINT OUT.
1. WHERE EACH CHAKRA SITS (LEFT, CENTER, OR RIGHT)
Look at where each colored ball sits in relation to the center line of the body.
-
Right of center means your energy is leaning toward the outer world: work, others, doing, performing, providing.
-
Left of center means your energy is leaning inward: home, self, feelings, rest, reflection.
-
Centered means that chakra is moving in good balance between inner and outer life right now. Most people lean in at least one or two places. That is normal. It is just life talking.
Chakras are always moving. They act as vortexes of energy that run vertically along the spine, spinning clockwise to absorb energy or counter-clockwise to release

2. THE SIZE OF EACH CHAKRA
This is telling you about the energy in that system. Notice if any chakra looks much bigger or much smaller than the others.
-
Large means a lot of energy is moving through that center. This can feel powerful, or it can feel like too much.
-
Small means that center is quieter right now. This is often a sign of rest, healing, or asking for gentle attention.
-
0-20 (Low Energy):
-
This level indicates a state of exhaustion or depletion. Individuals with low energy in their chakras may experience chronic fatigue, emotional burnout, or physical issues. Causes for such a low state could include stress, illness, lack of sleep, or improper lifestyle choices.
-
In this state, rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation are critical to help the body recover and replenish its energy stores.
-
-
21-40 (Decreased Energy):
-
This range indicates a state of tiredness or weakened energy, often due to prolonged stress or physical exertion. Individuals in this range might feel fatigued after minor activities or struggle to maintain energy throughout the day.
-
At this level, recovery can be slow, and the body may need more extended periods of rest to regain balance. Energy-boosting activities like proper nutrition, mindfulness, and gentle movement can help.
-
-
41-60 (Optimal Energy):
-
This is the optimal range for balanced energy, indicating that the person is calm, energized, and able to maintain activity without draining their energy. In this state, the body’s systems are working in harmony, and there is enough energy to perform daily tasks without fatigue.
-
This level reflects a state of good health, mental clarity, and emotional stability, with the energy flowing smoothly through the chakras.
-
-
61-80 (Increased Energy):
-
Increased energy indicates that the body is mobilized and active. This may occur due to higher physical demands, such as during intense training, or emotional states like excitement or stress. While this can be beneficial in short bursts, consistently high energy levels can lead to burnout or overstimulation if not balanced with rest.
-
This energy level may also indicate a reactive state, where the body is responding to external pressures or internal inflammation.
-
-
81-100 (High Energy):
-
A high energy level suggests an excessively mobilized system, often due to chronic stress or overactivity. This can indicate that the body is in a hyperactive state, potentially leading to physical or emotional strain.
-
Such elevated energy levels might be caused by prolonged periods of high stress, illness, or overexertion, and they may lead to exhaustion if not managed properly.
-
3. YOUR OVERALL ALIGNMENT PERCENT
Your scan shows an alignment percent at the top (for example, 77 percent). This is how well your whole system is working together as one.
Higher numbers mean more flow between centers.
Lower numbers mean your system is asking for some support.
This number is not a grade. Many people scan low when they are stressed or healing, and high during seasons of ease. It can shift quickly with rest, water, and time outside.
4. SLIGHT SHIFTS vs STRONGER PULLS
On the pages that follow, each chakra shows two levels:
-
A gentle lean if your chakra is just a little off center. Read these as soft nudges.
-
A stronger pull if your chakra is clearly leaning far one way. Read these with extra care for yourself.
If you are not sure which one fits, start with the gentle one. Your energy is talking to you, not at you.
